Shipping Policy

When your order is delivered, you should open your package and check the product in company with the shipping authority. It is very important to do this, especially with crushed, torn, opened or wet packs. In an unexpected situation, if you encounter a problematic product, you should not receive the package and make a report to the cargo authority and ensure that it is returned to us by the courier company.

The return of products whose original packaging has been damaged, destroyed or damaged due to use in any way is not accepted.

The customer is obliged to return the product with the condition at the time of receipt and to pay the commercial loss arising from the use.

Return & Exchange Policy

If the product is sent by us incorrectly or in defects, it can be sent by the shipping company within 15 days (provided that it has not been used and has not lost its resalability). Returns sent with other courier companies will not be accepted, they will be returned to you.

You can return your order within 7 days from the date you receive it.

When your request is received by us, an information e-mail is sent to you when it is evaluated and your return is made.

You must make sure that you return the product you are returning in full, with the original invoice, the package undamaged, unused, undamaged as a result of a misuse, including the order number and the correct address of Cleandream. If the invoice of the product is corporate, you need to send it together with a 'RETURN INVOICE' issued by the institution for the return process, cut in the form of 'Product Unit Price + VAT', without including the shipping share. We cannot complete order returns whose invoices are issued on behalf of institutions unless the 'RETURN INVOICE' is issued.
The box, packaging, and standard accessories, if any, of the product must be included in the package you returned to us in a complete and undamaged form.

After we receive your return

After your return shipment reaches Us, we will send you an information e-mail and return the product price to the credit card you paid for. The period of reflection of your refund on your statement varies depending on your bank. If there is a delay in the reflection of your return on your credit card, you can get detailed information from your bank with the Return Process Number included in the information e-mail we send to you.
