. This Distance Sales Contract ("Contract")

Seller: Legal person with the same title as Invoice, who is the designer, supplier or manufacturer of the products offered to the Buyer on the website and on-line system, the real person named the same as the Invoice,

Product: Each or all of the products offered for sale on the Website, which are designed, produced or supplied by the Sellers whose features are specified on the on-line system (according to the use of the expression),

Buyer and Seller can be referred to individually as "Party" together as "Parties" in this Agreement.

2. This Contract has been drawn up in accordance with the Law on the Protection of the Consumer and the Regulation on Distance Contracts. The parties of this Agreement accept and declare that they know and understand their obligations and responsibilities arising from the Law on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts within the scope of the Agreement.

3. Buyer, Seller's name, title, address, telephone and other access information, basic characteristics of the goods subject to sale, sales price including taxes, payment method, delivery conditions and costs, etc. All the preliminary information about the goods subject to sale and the use of the "withdrawal" right and how to use this right, the official authorities etc. where they can submit their complaints and objections. It accepts and declares in accordance with the provisions of this contract that it is clear, understandable and properly informed by the Seller on the Website, confirms this preliminary information electronically and then orders the goods.

4. The subject of this Contract is the Law No. 4077 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the Product whose qualifications and sales price are specified below, where the Buyer has ordered the Products supplied by the Seller electronically via the Website. It is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions.

a) Payment Method and Plan: The Buyer will pay the price of the Product purchased from the Website with the payment method specified in this Agreement, and for these payments, the Seller will pay for all Products that have been sold for seven days from the date of purchase of the Product. will bill in bulk within the time limit.

6. The invoice drawn up in accordance with Article 5 of this Agreement is an integral part of the Agreement. The buyer and the person whose name is invoiced according to this article must be the same person.

7. The Seller reserves the right to suspend the order if it determines that the information provided by the Buyer does not correspond to the truth, and freezes the execution of the order for 15 (fifteen) days if the telephone and e-mail address shared by the Buyer cannot reach the Buyer. The Buyer is expected to communicate with the Seller regarding the issue during this period. If no response is received from the Buyer within this period, the Seller may cancel the order.

8. The Contract has entered into force upon the approval of the Buyer, and it is fulfilled by the delivery of the Product purchased by the Buyer from the Seller to the Buyer. The product will be delivered to the person (s) at the address specified in the order form of the Buyer and in this Agreement.

9. The Seller is responsible for delivering the Product subject to the Contract to the Buyer in accordance with the Consumer Legislation, in a sound, complete, in accordance with the qualifications specified in the order, and with warranty documents, certificates and user manuals, if any. The seller is obliged to notify the Buyer as soon as possible if the product subject to the contract cannot be delivered within the due time due to force majeure or extraordinary circumstances preventing the shipment.If the product subject to the contract is to be delivered to another person than the Buyer, the delivery of the person to be delivered will be accepted. The Seller cannot be held responsible for failure to do so.

Delivery costs of the 10th Product belong to the Buyer. Product delivery; It is made within the promised time after the Seller's stock is available and the payment is made. The Seller delivers the Product within 30 (thirty) days from the order of the Product by the Buyer, and reserves the right to extend the additional 10 (ten) days by written notice within this period. If the price of the Product is not paid by the Buyer for any reason or the payment made is canceled in the bank records, the Seller shall be deemed to be free from the obligation to deliver the Product.

11. The Buyer declares that he has read the preliminary information uploaded by the Seller regarding the basic characteristics, sales price and payment method of the product subject to the contract on the Website and has given the necessary confirmation electronically. Buyers can convey their demands and complaints in the capacity of Consumers through the channels provided by the Seller contact information above.

12. By confirming this Agreement and the Preliminary Information Form electronically, the Buyer has obtained the correct and complete information about the address to be given to the consumer by the Seller before the conclusion of the distance contracts, the basic features of the products ordered, the price of the products including taxes, payment and delivery information.
